Amanh&amp;atilde; re&amp;uacute;ne o Banco Central Europeu (BCE) e tudo indica que a respectiva taxa de refer&amp;ecirc;ncia des&amp;ccedil;a dos actuais 2% para 1,5 %. &amp;Eacute; ali&amp;aacute;s esta expectativa de redu&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de juros que faz com que duas das tr&amp;ecirc;s Euribor j&amp;aacute; apresentem valores mais baixos que os actuais 2% dos juros do BCE.&lt;br /&gt;Na verdade s&amp;oacute; a taxas EURIBOR a 12 meses, que ontem atingiu os 2,006%, est&amp;aacute; acima dos 2 pontos percentuais: a EURIBOR a tr&amp;ecirc;s meses com 1,799% e a EURIBOR a seis meses com 1,899% j&amp;aacute; d&amp;atilde;o como certa a decis&amp;atilde;o do BCE que, amanh&amp;atilde;, dever&amp;aacute; baixar a taxa de refer&amp;ecirc;ncia para 1,5%. Nunca, na Europa, o dinheiro esteve t&amp;atilde;o barato. Basta recuar at&amp;eacute; Outubro do ano passado, m&amp;ecirc;s em que as EURIBOR atingiram os valores m&amp;aacute;ximos (entre 5,3 e 5,5%), para vermos que todas elas j&amp;aacute; perderam mais de 3,5 pontos percentuais.&lt;br /&gt;Por outras palavras, as taxas que marcam a refer&amp;ecirc;ncia para os cr&amp;eacute;ditos &amp;agrave; habita&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o est&amp;atilde;o a cair desde Outubro, isto &amp;eacute;, h&amp;aacute; 100 sess&amp;otilde;es consecutivas acompanhando a redu&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o da taxa de refer&amp;ecirc;ncia do Banco Central Europeu (BCE) que passou dos 4,25% para os actuais 2%, devendo amanh&amp;atilde; &amp;ndash; repito &amp;ndash; baixar ainda mais e fixar-se no 1,5%, em novo corte de 50 pontos base praticamente confirmado por alguns membros do pr&amp;oacute;prio BCE.&lt;br /&gt;Objectivamente, estas s&amp;atilde;o boas not&amp;iacute;cias para quem quer comprar casa. &amp;Eacute; certo que a banca est&amp;aacute; mais cautelosa na concess&amp;atilde;o de cr&amp;eacute;dito &amp;agrave; habita&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o, nomeadamente no que respeita &amp;agrave; avalia&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o dos bens im&amp;oacute;veis que servem de garantia ao empr&amp;eacute;stimo e num inevit&amp;aacute;vel e compreens&amp;iacute;vel ajustamento dos valores do spread aplicados nos cr&amp;eacute;ditos para a habita&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o, mas as condi&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es oferecidas a quem tem condi&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es para aceder ao cr&amp;eacute;dito nunca foram t&amp;atilde;o favor&amp;aacute;veis.&lt;br /&gt;Isto sem esquecer que a op&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o por taxas fixas pode ser potencialmente muito favor&amp;aacute;vel se estas forem fixadas em momentos como o que estamos a viver, momentos de juros muito baixos e assim mantidos como rem&amp;eacute;dio para o relan&amp;ccedil;amento das economias do globalizado mundo da Economia de Mercado cuja cura da crise tamb&amp;eacute;m passa pelo investimento e pelo consumo, dois vectores importantes para, por exemplo, estancar o desemprego.&lt;br /&gt;Nunca o dinheiro para comprar casa esteve, objectivamente, t&amp;atilde;o barato. Nos tr&amp;ecirc;s meses at&amp;eacute; Setembro o desemprego subiu para os 7,7%, de acordo com dados oficiais divulgados na passada quinta-feira.&lt;br /&gt;O MAIOR CORTE DE JUROS DO BCE&lt;br /&gt;O Banco Central Europeu cortou em 75 pontos base a taxa de juro de refer&amp;ecirc;ncia, fixando-a nos 2,5 por cento. Trata-se do maior corte da hist&amp;oacute;ria do BCE na taxa directora.&lt;br /&gt;Trata-se do terceiro corte consecutivo das taxas directoras, depois dos cortes de Outubro e Novembro de meio ponto percentual cada um, com efeitos a partir de dia 10 de Dezembro. A taxa directora esteve nos 2,5 por cento entre Fevereiro e Abril de 2006.&lt;br /&gt;Horas antes, o Banco de Inglaterra anuciou um corte de um ponto base da sua principal taxa directora, para 2 %, o seu mais baixo n&amp;iacute;vel desde 1951, para lutar contra a recess&amp;atilde;o.&lt;br /&gt;A decis&amp;atilde;o saiu em linha com a media de previs&amp;otilde;es dos 61 analistas consultados pela ag&amp;ecirc;ncia noticiosa Bloomberg.&lt;br /&gt;Horas antes, o Banco da Su&amp;eacute;cia anunciou tamb&amp;eacute;m um corte hist&amp;oacute;rico de 1,75 pontos percentuais da sua principal taxa directora, que se estabelece agora em 2 por cento, para relan&amp;ccedil;ar a economia.&lt;br /&gt;Ler no Jornal de Not&amp;iacute;cias&lt;br /&gt;TODAS AS EURIBOR A DESCER&lt;br /&gt;As taxas Euribor registaram ontem novas descidas acentuadas, superiores a 4 pontos base (0,04 pontos percentuais) em todas as maturidades, numa altura em que o mercado aponta para um corte agressivo [j&amp;aacute; confirmado] dos juros por parte do Banco Central Europeu (BCE), na sua reuni&amp;atilde;o de hoje.&lt;br /&gt;A Euribor a tr&amp;ecirc;s meses recuou 0,043 pontos percentuais para os 3,743%, um m&amp;iacute;nimo de Janeiro de 2006.
